Shanna Fegely, Esq.

Shanna Fegely graduated from Penn State University in 2016, and subsequently received her law degree in 2019 from the Catholic University of America Columbus School of Law.  While completing her law degree she was the Production Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology, authored a comment that was chosen for publication, and was a finalist in the Nell Hennessy Moot Court Competition.

Shanna regularly practices before federal and state courts in Pennsylvania, as well as federal and state labor and employment agencies, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  Shanna has significant experience in the areas of civil rights and labor and employment law, with a particular emphasis defending municipalities, public officials, and corporations in employment-related litigation and civil rights actions.

Through her litigation practice, Shanna has experience with employment discrimination and harassment cases and has represented clients in cases involving Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.  Shanna advises clients on a broad range of labor and employment matters including employment and separation agreements, discrimination and harassment issues, employment policies, employee handbooks, and employee leave issues.
