Practice Areas

Labor & Employment

Hoffman Hlavac and Easterly focuses on Labor and Employment Law.  Our L&E practice covers the entire spectrum of employer/employee relations.  With extensive experience in virtually all aspects of labor and employment law, we represent our clients in a variety of capacities--as counselors, negotiators, advocates, and litigators.

General Litigation

Our litigation attorneys aggressively and efficiently represent clients at different phases of their corporate growth in a range of industries. Whether representing a start-up or a Fortune 500 company, we apply the same principles of client-focused representation to achieve the desired result. We spend our time with our clients to understand the unique traits and goals of each, and tailor our approach appropriately.

Personal Injury

The Plaintiffs’ Team at HH&E represents clients from the initial client contact, through the investigation and litigation, and concluding with settlement or trial. We offer support and expertise to those who are most vulnerable.  The results we obtain for our clients, while not restoring their health or bringing back a loved one, help most during their time of need.
